Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 59 and County Rd 4342 in Panola County, TX on May 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:25 p.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 35-year-old Bossier City, LA man was headed northbound on US 59 when it suffered a tire blow out. It caused the vehicle to veered left into a center median before rolling and overturning. The driver suffered serious injuries in the crash.
