What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Mark IV Pkwy in Fort Worth, TX on May 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:40 a.m. According to investigators, a commercial van operated by a 61-year-old man was headed southbound when it reportedly failed to yield during a left turn and collided with a motorcycle operated by a 32-year-old Hurst man. Both he and his 42-year-old female passenger suffered serious injuries while the other driver was not injured. Reports indicate he was issued a No Operators License citation.
