Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman at  South Clear Creek Rd in Killeen, TX on October 26th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. 32-year-old Heather Nichole Stouth was struck by a Volkswagen Jetta that was traveling southbound.
