Suffolk County Police have information on a crash that killed a driver at Ruland Rd in Suffolk County, NY on December 9th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:03 a.m. A vehicle operated by 35-year-old Steven Zaug is accused of colliding with a box truck parked in the shoulder of the road. The vehicle had been headed northbound on Route 110 at the time. Zaug suffered fatal injuries at the scene while the other driver, 39-year-old Guilermo Moran, was not injured.
