State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US Hwy 90 in Raceland, LA on January 26th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6 a.m. A Chevrolet Cruze operated by 30-year-old Drew Bourg II is said to have collided with the rear of an 18-wheeler partially in a left travel lane. Bourg, who officers say was wearing his seatbelt, suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The truck driver, who was also wearing a seatbelt, was not injured. Additional information was not available.
