Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Westmoreland Rd and Illinois Ave in Dallas, TX on October 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. A Dodge Charger was reportedly fleeing a traffic stop when it ran a red light and struck an SUV.
