Austin Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Lake Austin in Austin, TX on March 7th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a vehicle that was found submerged in the lake. Officials say a call for the incident came in around 3:37 a.m. and when police arrived at the scene at 3:52 a.m., the vehicle was found submerged. A woman was found in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, investigators are not able to provide any information regarding a possible cause for the incident.
