Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Point Lookout Rd in St Marys County, MD on July 25th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:23 a.m. According to investigators, a Chrysler 300 headed southbound on Point Lookout Rd is alleged to have veered into a northbound lane of travel for unknown reasons. From there, police say the vehicle collided with a northbound box truck, leaving the driver of the Chrysler with suspected life-threatening injuries. The driver was identified as 51-year-old Jeffrey Glenn Burch. The operator of the box truck was identified as 35-year-old Carlos Morales. Police did not comment on his condition.
