Arkansas State Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at South Avalon Street in West Memphis, AR on October 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:15 p.m. According to investigators, 64-year-old James Lee Gilmer was traveling via bicycle on the northbound side of the roadway before her was struck by an unknown vehicle in rainy weather conditions.
