What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at US 190 in McCulloch County, TX on December 24th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:30 a.m. Investigators say a Dodge Ram was heard westbound on wet roadways. Due to suspicion of traveling at unsafe speeds, officials say the vehicle veered from the road into a barrow ditch before striking a culvert and going into a skid and crashing. Officials say the driver, identified as 59-year-old Claudio Tineo, was seriously injured and hospitalized for treatment. There were no other reported injuries.
