Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that killed one person involved at Hwy 349 in Midland County, TX on March 9th, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 3:19 a.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Accent headed westbound on County Rd 173 is alleged to have failed to yield from a stop sign before colliding with a Chevrolet Silverado headed northbound on State Hwy 349. Police say the driver of the Hyundai, identified as 22-year-old Cesar A. Boscan Garcia, was fatally injured. The other driver, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured.
