Arkansas State Police released the name of the teen killed in a pedestrian accident on Garland Ave in Fayetteville, AR on February 2nd, 2019. 18-year-old Andrea Torres was seriously injured when she was struck by a passing vehicle in a crosswalk. She was transported to an area hospital where she later died from her injuries.
