Arkansas State Police released the name of the driver killed in a semi-truck crash on Hwy 71 in Lockesburg, AR on January 27th, 2019. 20-year-old Bobby Smith was killed when his vehicle traveled across a center line and into the path of an oncoming semi-truck in opposite direction traffic. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
