What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Hwy 65 in Clinton, AR on May 5th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:57 p.m. Police say the incident involved a commercial truck colliding with several other vehicles under unclear circumstances. Authorities say one driver, identified as 68-year-old Dennis Bostick, was fatally injured. Three other drivers, including 18-year-old Shelton Smith, 49-year-old Sonja Blackburn, 40-year-old Amanda Reichel, had undisclosed injuries. A passenger in one of the vehicles, identified as 48-year-old Roger Gerling, was also injuries. Additional information was not available.
