Area authorities have identified the person killed in a motorcycle crash on State Highway 16 in Pope County, AR on September 15th, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 11:56 a.m. A motorcycle driven by 64-year-old Steven Dale Sands reportedly lost control at a curve, skid on the shoulder and collided with a road sign. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
