What Happened

California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-80 near Magazine St in Solano County, CA on January 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram is said to have veered from the road for unknown reasons before crashing into a disabled box truck in a shoulder lane. A passenger in the Dodge, age 18, was killed. The condition of the driver, age 27, was not revealed.
