California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured a mother and three children at Hwy 101 in Salinas, CA on March 21st, 2022. Police say it happened before 8 a.m. Investigators are saying that a semi-truck allegedly performed an illegal u-turn and collided with a passenger vehicle occupied by a woman and three children, ages 3, 8 and 11.
