Police say the incident happened around 1:30 p.m. According to investigators, a dump truck headed eastbound on County Rd 2300 reportedly veered from the road into a shoulder for unknown reasons. It then attempted to correct back onto the road before veering into an opposite shoulder and crashing into a tree.
