Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-10 near Olson Rd in Leon County, FL on October 3rd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 p.m. According to investigators, a pickup truck pilling a box trailer was headed eastbound ahead of a semi-truck. Authorities say, for unknown reasons, the semi-truck struck the pickup truck, causing it to overturn into a shoulder. Police say two people were ejected from the semi-truck.
