What Happened

A septic truck was one of two vehicles involved in a crash on I-95 in Brevard County, FL on January 4th, 2023. Florida Highway Patrol officials believe it happened around 10:06 a.m. According to their information, a passenger sedan operated by an unnamed 59-year-old woman allegedly performed an improper lane change. After doing so, it traveled into a lane occupied by a septic truck, colliding with the rear of the truck. The truck, in turn, veered from the road into a guardrail and overturning. The 21-year-old Palm Bay man driving the truck and his passenger were ejected from the truck in the crash and hospitalized with serious injuries. The condition of the sedan operator was not stated.
