Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Hwy 98 and Ambassador Dr in Santa Rosa County, FL on March 28th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:35 a.m. According to investigators, an SUV headed eastbound is said to have stopped in a median before attempting to turn left onto Ambassador Dr. Officers allege the vehicle failed to yield during the turn, turning into the path of a dump truck. The vehicles collided, leaving the driver of the SUV, an unidentified 60-year-old woman, with fatal injuries.
