What Happened

Georgia State Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed one person at GA 25 and Ogeechee Rd in Chatham County, GA on December 7th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a tractor-trailer and pickup truck colliding under unclear cirucsmrances. It was allege the tractor-trailer was pulling out of a private driveway at an east shoulder before turning left onto GA 25 south. The vehicle collided with a pickup truck, leaving one person involved with fatal injuries. Additional information was not available.
