Officials say the incident involved a semi-truck suffering a tire blowout around 2:30 p.m. A vehicle next to the truck at the time then collided with debris from the tire and into the semi-truck. The woman driving was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The semi-truck driver was cited for unsafe tires.
