What Happened

State Police have information on a crash that led to a fatality at 310th St and US 75 in Sioux County, IA on April 27th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 10:33 a.m. A Dodge van was reportedly headed westbound on 310th St as commercial truck was headed southbound on US 75. Police say the van failed to stop at a posted sign and entered into the intersection before it was struck by the truck and overturned. The Silverado was struck by debris. The occupants of the van, identified as 56-year-old Suzanne Barron and 45-year-old Rene Ross III, suffered fatal injuries. 46-year-old Jamie Hueschen was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
