What Happened

Simpson County Sheriff's Office authorities released the name of the driver killed in Franklin, KY on January 19th, 2019. William Swayze was killed when his vehicle rear-ended a semi-truck on Nashville Rd. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver of the semi-truck, 34-year-old Burt Reynolds, was not injured.
