Officials say the incident happened around 7 p.m. A Vehicle driven by a 19-year-old woman reportedly failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with the side of a semi-truck before going into a ditch. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and her passenger was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
