What Happened

New York State Police released the names of the pedestrian and driver killed in a semi-truck accident on Hudson Ave in Rochester, NY on January 18th, 2019. 30-year-old Jeffrey Farrell was killed when struck by a semi-truck driven by 58-year-old Tracy Premo. Farrell was working on a storm drain when Premo's truck lost control and went off the roadway. A third driver involved suffered minor injuries.
