State Police are investigating a crash that injured multiple people at Gold Pan Rd and Dulin Creek Blvd in Charlotte, NC on November 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened when a passenger vehicle operated by Annette Bowden reportedly collided with a school bus that ran a stop sign at an intersection.
