Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Hwy 16 near St James Church Rd in Lincoln County, NC on January 28th, 2020. Officials say the a tanker truck reportedly swerved to avoid a vehicle that pulled out in front of it, causing the truck to overturn multiple times. It then caught fire, killing the driver.
