Police say the incident happened around d9:15 a.m. According to investigators, a dump truck is alleged to have crossed a center line before colliding with a gas fuel tanker. Reports say the driver of the fuel truck, identified as 55-year-old Scott Thomas Painter, was fatally injured. The other driver, identified as 51-year-old Victor Eldred Adrian Sumner, was hospitalized with minor injuries and allegedly charged in connection with the crash.
