Toledo Police released the name of the driver killed in a semi-truck accident on I-75 in Toledo, OH on January 22nd, 2019. Officials say 58-year-old Bradley Brenton was seriously injured when his semi-truck lost control, left the roadway and crashed into utility poles. He was transported to the hospital where he later died.
