Ohio State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US 24 in Lucas County, OH on January 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11 a.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck operated by 50-year-old Kenneth Risner reportedly veered from the road for unknown reasons into a ditch. It also struck a road sign and impact from the crash left Risner with injuries he would later die from. Police had no additional information to share.
