What Happened

A woman was hospitalized following a crash at I-35 in Springer, OK on January 9th, 2023. Police say it happened as a vehicle operated by 31-year-old Ragina Rudder was allegedly attempting to avoid potholes in the road. The action caused the vehicle to lose control and hit a semi-truck parked near a shoulder. Rudder was hospitalized with a leg injury and in stable condition. No other injuries were reported.
