What Happened

Oklahoma State Highway Patrol officials released the name of the driver killed in a semi-truck crash on the Creek Turnpike in Tulsa, OK on January 13th, 2019. 30-year-old Zachary Helms was killed when his vehicle rear-ended a semi-truck. A 9-year-old passenger in the vehicle was hospitalized with serious injuries.
