Pennsylvania State Police released the name of the driver killed in an accident on I-83 in Cumberland County, PA on January 17th, 2019. 37-year-old Robert S. Frey was killed when his vehicle rear-ended a semi-truck that was slowing in traffic. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
