York County Sheriff's Office authorities released the name of the man killed in a school bus accident in York, SC on February 5th, 2019. 45-year-old John O'Kain was killed when a vehicle that was attempting to pass a school bus collided head-on with his vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No students were injured in the crash.
