What Happened

Tennessee Highway Patrol officials released the name of the driver killed in an accident on SR 13 in Wayne County, TN on January 24th, 2019. 39-year-old Eric Gough was killed when the contents of a semi-truck fell from the truck and onto his vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.57-year-old William Keithon Kephart, driver of a  truck, was charged with criminally negligent homicide.
