What Happened

Tennessee Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed one person on Columbia Hwy near Old Campbellsville Rd in Pulaski, TN on February 4th, 2019. Officials say the accident occurred when the cargo on a semi-truck shifted, causing the truck to overturn. The impact also caused two other vehicles to be struck. 60-year-old Robert Lloyd was killed. 48-year-old Matthew Richard and 45-year-old David Ledford III were both injured.
