What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a motorcycle at FM 813 in Ellis County, TX on April 1st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:39 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 attempted a left turn onto True Grit Ranch Rd as a motorcycle allegedly attempted to pass another vehicle and the Ford. In the Process, the motorcycle is said to have correct before colliding with the side of the Ford. The collision is said to have left 20-year-old motorcyclist, identified as Alexander Embry, was fatally injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
