What Happened

San Angelo Police are investigating a crash that injured two people at N Chadbourne St at the Houston Harte Expressway in San Angelo, TX on September 22nd, 2019. Officials say a vehicle driven by an unidentified woman lost control and crashed through the transportation building. The driver, Rebecca Moreno, fled the scene on foot leaving behind two passengers. They were both hospitalized with serious injuries. They were identified as 33-year-old Alicia Guerrero and 34-year-old Chase Mendoza.
