What Happened

Dallas Police released the name of the woman killed in a multi-vehicle crash at Westmoreland Rd and Davis St in Dallas, TX on January 30th, 2019. 22-year-old Andrea Osmara Rodriguez-Perez was killed when her vehicle collided with another vehicle that ran a red light at an intersection. The impact caused a third vehicle to strike hers, pinning her inside. She was taken to an area hospital where she later died. 24-year-old Julio Menendez-Guerrero was later arrested on manslaughter charges and for failure to stop and render aid.
