Harris County Sheriff's Office officials released the name of the man killed in an accident near Sheldon Rd in Channelview, TX on January 7th, 2019. Police say Angel Quintanilla, a homeless man living under the Sheldon Rd underpass was killed when he was struck by a semi-truck. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
