What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured several people at FM 423 in Little Elm, TX on April 7th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:32 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-250 allegedly headed southbound in northbound lanes before colliding head-on with a Kia Optima. Authorities say the driver of the Kia, identified as 27-year-old Rodney Thomas, had non-life-threatening injuries. 22-year-old passenger, Bailey Logan, is said to have been more seriously injured. A 48-year-old passenger had minor injuries, authorities say. Sources indicate the driver of the Ford was charged with DWI and Intoxication Assault.
