Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman on I-30 in Dallas, TX on January 27th, 2019. Candace Ramirez was seriously injured in a crash that happened early Sunday morning. Police say she suffered injuries consistent with a car accident. Ramirez had been left along the side of the interstate. She was taken to an area hospital where she later died from her injuries.
