Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at State Hwy 8 in Bowie, TX on February 16th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:45 p.m. According to investigators, a Kia Sportage operated by 83-year-old Charlotte Smith Depue is allegedly to have turned into the path of a tractor-trailer, resulting in a collision between the vehicles.
