Authorities are investigating a crash that injured in a collision at I-69 in Houston, TX on May 5th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2:01 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Challenger was alleged to have failed to control its speed before colliding with the rear of a Volvo XC40. Reports indicate the driver of the Volvo, identified as 31-year-old Chelsey Davis, was seriously injured. Two others in the vehicle were also seriously injured, as did a passenger in the Dodge. The driver of the Dodge had minor injuries, reports say, and cited for Failure to Control Speed.
