What Happened

Brownwood Police charged a mother in connection with the accident that injured a 5-year-old child in Brownwood, TX on January 29th, 2019. Kimberly Netherly was driving when her vehicle lost control at a curve and crashed, ejecting her 5-year-old daughter from the vehicle. The child was taken to Cook Children's Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Netherly was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with an invalid license and failing to maintain financial responsibility and for having no restraints on her daughter while operating a vehicle.
