What Happened

Brownwood Police charged a mother in connection with the accident that injured a 5-year-old child in Brownwood, TX on January 29th, 2019. Kimberly Netherly was driving when her vehicle lost control at a curve and crashed, ejecting her 5-year-old daughter from the vehicle. The child was taken to Cook Children's Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
