Dallas Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that killed a child on West Northwest Highway in Dallas, TX on February 3rd, 2019 in Dallas, TX. Officials say a 3-year-old was fatally struck outside a Chicken-N-Rice restaurant by a driver that did not stop after the accident. 24-year-old Ramon Garcia-Ruiz is the registered owner of a pickup truck that they believe hit the child. Garcia-Ruiz is wanted in connection with the accident.
