Police say the incident happened around 8:08 p.m. Investigators are saying a Honda Accord operated by 25-year-old Marieli Sanchez was previously headed eastbound on US 90A before allegedly traveling into a westbound lane in order to travel around another vehicle. The vehicle is said to have remained in the westbound lane before crashing into a Ford Explorer operated by 62-year-old David Jones.
