Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at State Hwy 105 in Cleveland, TX on October 19th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:27 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Caravan, operated by 33-year-old David Wesley Webb III, was headed eastbound. At the same time, a tractor-trailer was headed westbound. Reports allege the Dodge was attempting to pass another vehicle by entering into a westbound lane before it collided head-on with the tractor-trailer.
